Transcripts and Diplomas

The UCSF Office of the Registrar is available to help alumni to obtain transcripts, replacement diplomas, or degree or program verifications.

 

Obtaining Your Diploma and Certificate

Diplomas and certificates are available eight to twelve weeks after graduation. Find out how to pick up yours in person, by mail, or by 3rd party.

If you have damaged or lost your diploma or certificate, or changed your name, you can request a reissue.

Ordering Transcripts

All students and alumni may order official transcripts in person, by fax, or by mail.  Download the transcript request form to get started.

Degree Verification

The University of California, San Francisco has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for verification of all earned degrees and student enrollment. Please visit the Clearinghouse website or contact the Clearinghouse by phone at (703) 742-4200.

Postdoc, Residency, and Internship Verification

Verifications for postdocs, residency, and internship programs are made by the individual departments.
