Nomination Form: Frances Larragueta Award for Volunteer Service

The UCSF Retirees Association honors the memory of its founder, Frances Larragueta, with this annual award for volunteer service.

All nominees must be UCSF Retirees Association members, and nominations must include supporting documentation and at least one letter of recommendation. 

All submissions* are due by March 31, 2023.
