Join the UCSF Retirees Association (UCSFRA) for an entertaining talk from local author and historian Jim Holden as he shares highlights from his two books based on true stories: It Happened in Marin and Adventurous Lives, Daring Acts. Some of his tales from the past may bring up personal memories while others take place on Marin’s public open space recreation areas such as Mount Tamalpais, Point Reyes, Muir Woods, and an area Jim calls the “Big Empty.”
