The Dandelion Chocolate factory opened its doors in April of this year and has been described by the San Francisco Chronicle as “San Francisco’s new chocolate wonderland.”

Our tour will cover Dandelion’s entire chocolate-making process and include a chocolate sample tasting! A knowledgeable tour guide will lead us through the complete production process from cacao bean to a finished chocolate bar. Along the way, we will taste cacao fruit and roasted cacao beans with different origins, taste warm melted chocolate as it is refining, and, of course, taste our finished single origin dark chocolate bars.
