Cost: $5 with limited spots available

Join the UCSF Retirees Association (UCSFRA) for a docent-led tour of Cypress Lawn Memorial Park via trolley* to explore the serene grounds and embark on a captivating journey through history.

Allowing visitors to cover more beautiful ground than ever before through the benefit of a climate-controlled environment, the trolley travels around all three campuses of the historic cemetery. No other cemetery west of the Mississippi River is the permanent address for so many historically significant, influential, and interesting people such as Lillie Hitchcock Coit, William Randolph Hearst, Jr., and baseball legend “Lefty” O’Doul. Don’t miss this opportunity to create lasting memories and deepen your appreciation for the region’s history as we admire the exquisite architecture, lush gardens, and picturesque landscapes.

The tour will last 1-1½ hours and will happen rain or shine; please also dress warmly as Colma can get foggy.

RSVPs and cancellations accepted no later than Friday, July 7.
