It’s time to break the taboo and start living your best poop life.

Join us online as Myung Ko, MD, resident alum and assistant professor in the UCSF Division of Gastroenterology, leads an enthralling discussion with Susan Wong, BS ’78, RN, who used her 40+ years of experience to write The Power of Pooping: A Cheeky Diet and Lifestyle Guide to End Constipation and Transform Your Health.

Dubbed the “Rear Admiral” and the “Poop Whisperer” in clinic, “Nurse Wong,” who also hosts Butt Talks TV, will share how she aims to solve the world’s pooping problems by demystifying the taboo through education and open discussion. The topic is hot, and people are watching and listening as Nurse Wong has more than 630,000 followers on TikTok. We are excited for this opportunity to talk about her journey in writing the book and get some “insider” tips and tricks straight from the Poop Whisperer herself.

This program is brought to you by the UCSF Office of Alumni Relations and UCSF Archives as part of the virtual event series in which distinguished UCSF alumni authors discuss their recently published books. UCSF is also committed to making its facilities, activities, and events accessible. To request accommodations for this event, please contact us at least one week before the event date.
