Join us online as Ramona Tascoe, MD ’79, leads a lively discussion with Rupa Marya, MD, resident alum and associate clinical professor in the UCSF Division of Hospital Medicine. They will talk about her new book, Inflamed: Deep Medicine and the Anatomy of Injustice, which she co-wrote with political economist Raj Patel, and discuss how she illuminated the connections between our health and structural injustices and used them to develop a new deep medicine that can heal our bodies and our world.
