Join the UCSF Emeriti Faculty Association (UCSF EFA) for a light lunch and presentation with guest speaker, Morton Cowan, MD, medical director of the UCSF Pediatric Cell Therapy Lab.

Dr. Cowan will discuss circumstance that led us to study Artemis-Deficient SCID (ART-SCID) and some of the special issues associated with this disease. He will also present the clinical trials of lentiviral gene therapy for this disease as well as the results to date and what the future holds from here.
