We had a successful 2008 Homecoming and Reunion. Friendships were renewed, good times remembered, and new stories were shared among our alumni. Over 200 people attended the day program while 240 people attended the gala dinner in the evening.
Held at UCSF Mission Bay, the reunion events included a morning program, reunion luncheons, the Half Century Club luncheon honoring the 50th reunion class, and afternoon tours of the Mission Bay campus. Alumni were also invited to use the Bakar Fitness and Recreation Center for free in the afternoon.
The Homecoming gala in the evening was held at the Grand Hyatt on Union Square. Gary Cleary ’66 was honored as the 2008 Distinguished Alumnus. Many alumni, students, faculty and Dean Mary Anne Koda-Kimble were presented. Guests were treated to class photos by our professional photographer, complimentary wine and to a DJ. Many dance the night away.
