Experience nature’s living museum with UCSF retirees!

As summer colors transition to autumn tones, our docent will welcome us to the UC Botanical Garden atop Strawberry Canyon. We’ll explore over 34 acres of extraordinary global flora—from California natives and desert succulents to Asian rhododendrons and tropical wonders. Discover how these plants adapt across climates, conserve biodiversity, and inspire scientific research. We’ll also enjoy fall-blooming salvias, fragrant herbs, and vibrant maples. Encounter the desert house, ancient cycads, and tropical wonders to celebrate nature’s changing palette in this global garden.

UCSF is committed to making its facilities, activities, and events accessible. To request a reasonable accommodation for this event, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
