UCB/UCSF Retirees Learning Series: Resilience in Uncertain Times

Join Andreea Seritan, MD, professor of clinical psychiatry and interim director for outpatient geriatric psychiatry at UCSF’s Langley Porter Hospital and Clinics, for an online presentation as she imparts lessons learned from her work in supporting older adults through these unprecedented times.

The triple challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic, shelter-in-place, and historic wildfires brought to light the pressing need to augment and maintain our resilience skills and stay connected to each other, albeit through virtual platforms. During this virtual program, participants will identify individual resilience-enhancing strategies and ways to maintain their emotional wellness.
