Almost two years into the pandemic, we are weary and worried. As evidenced by the incoming omicron variant, the pandemic is a long way from fading into the background, but we’re also learning to live with this “new normal” and reconnect in person with families and friends.

Join Andreea Seritan, MD, professor of clinical psychiatry and interim director for outpatient geriatric psychiatry at UCSF’s Langley Porter Hospital and Clinics, for an interactive presentation as she covers basic mental health aspects related to the COVID-19 pandemic in older adults, reviews resilience-enhancing skills, and concludes with a brief sitting meditation. Wear comfortable clothing as we gather together virtually for a time of reflection and mindfulness.
